気持ちワルッ！

今朝家の外で見つけました。気持ち悪かった～。こいつの名前はコウガイビルです。

I found this slimy worm outside our house this morning. On the wake of typhoon #12 the atmosphere was very wet and humid and I found this little pest that kills and eats earthworms.

Ryokan 悠季の里

Here we are at the ryokan we stayed. Watch us eat some great food. Sorry I can't show you us taking bath in the onsen, which was fantastic. What was even better was that by chance, it started raining while we were taking a bath in the open-air bath. It was great taking a bath in the rain. Well, enjoy.

鳥羽展望台 Toba Observatory

We stopped by a vista point, Toba Observatory, and looked at some great view of the ocean from the top of the mountain before we checked into our ryokan for the night. The soft breeze and the sounds of the waves hitting the rocks makes you thankful for being able to enjoy such beauty of nature, God's creation.

旅館にチェックーインする前に鳥羽展望台に行って一息しました。とても素敵な景色でした。岩にぶつかる波の音はとても癒し的でした。こんな美しい自然の景色を見て生きてて­よかったと思いました。

鳥羽水族館 A visit to Toba Aquarium

My family and best friend went to Toba and Ise-Shima and stayed overnight at a Ryokan for a great dinner and breakfast and bath. It was fantastic and first time in a long time that we took time off to enjoy spoil ourselves a little.

I found this little birds nest a few days ago. So cute. But I haven't seen any birds in it.

ぎっくり腰 Strained lower back

月曜日に夕方１０：３０分頃ぎっくり腰になってしまった！むちゃくちゃ痛いで！昨日はほとんど動くことが出来ず大人しくしとった。今日はましだった。トイレが一番きつかったかな？

I strained my lower back on Monday evening while trying to sit on my chair to use the computer. It was sooo painful. I couldn't move at all the next day so I stayed mostly inside my piano room and did nothing, not that I could do anything. Anyway, I feel better today but still hurts. Going to the bathroom was the hardest part.

Ise Kadoya Biyagura 伊勢角屋麦酒

My family and our best friend went out to dinner at a small microbrewery/restaurant near our place called Ise Kadoya Biyagura. It was a very hot day and a perfect day for a cool glass(es) of beer to quench the thirst. We had a great time and enjoyed some great food. I hope those of you who are reading this can come and visit this little place.
